July also meant another 5K for me. This was the Red Dress for Women 5k in Hartford, CT on July 11

Since then, she started Cool Running's Couch-to-5K program.
That night, Robert and I went to see Wilco in Lowell, MA. What an awesome concert!
The following week we went to Boston Children's Hospital for William's cardiology check up.

All was well and now William doesn't have to go back for 2 more years!
